**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Responsible to configure, administer, maintain, and sustain the storage environment working with Hitachi, IBM and Brocade technologies.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- The Professional shall provide at least one dedicated primary SAN and block storage Administrator.
- At least 5 years experience as a storage Administrator.
- 5 or more years of operational experience with Brocade, Hitachi and IBM devices administration.
- Knowledge of: Brocade - Gen6 and Gen7 directors and FCIP switches.
- Configuration management: ports, zoning, virtual fabrics, system configurations.
- Advanced administration: ICLs, ISLs, FCIP tunnels, MAPS,
- Troubleshooting.
- Incident and change management Hitachi and IBM storage devices.
- Configuration management: Storage pools, disks, Luns Advanced administration: GAD, HUR, 3DC, Journals.
- Storage tools such as: SanNav, Hitachi Opscenter, Grafana, stor2rrd.
- Skills in programming and scripting.
- Documentation and Automation culture.
- Teamwork skills.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge of other technologies such as Netapp will be valued.
- Hands-on knowledge of automation tooling, preferably Ansible and Ansible Tower
- A keen focus on what makes a system observable.
