Human Resources Representative

Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist with new employee on-boarding processes, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Prepare HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, benefits enrolment forms etc.
- Provide administrative support for industrial relations activities, including maintaining records of grievances, disputes, and resolutions.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, updating HRIS systems and performance management processes.
- Assist with HR/IR related projects by analyzing data and providing status reports.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented approach.
