Responsible for providing daily support in one or more areas of the human resource function.

Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.

Completes moderately complex projects.

Normally works under close supervision and deals with higher levels in organization.

Provide data entry support for Data Quality platform.

Manage and maintain employee assignment records such as job information, organization structure.

Maintains compensation related information such as job descriptions, salary planning files, etc.

Assist with employee relations issues as appropriate.

Interface with internal resources and/or outside vendors to ensure the administration of employee related services such onboarding materials and logistics related.

Provide support in other duties to the HR department, such as Communication plan and Talent Branding activities.
