**The Product Manager for Unified Communications (UCaaS) is responsible for**:

- Create product roadmaps for the product portfolio and ensure optimised by the group Platform & amp; Technology team in order to reflect the portfolio strategy as outlined by the Product Vision and Strategy function within the LoB.
- There is an effective market engagement process to give non-VGE markets input and insight into the group roadmap - with the objective of maximising opportunities to share group capability to reduce cost per market and maximise investment efficiency
- Business case creation, assessment and prioritisation is undertaken for the product portfolio - with realistic assumptions and phasing that sets us up for successful in-year delivery

**The role of has the following responsibilities**:

- Define highly competitive and industry leading customer-experience vision & plans.
- Define and maintain the target market and develop the 18 month Product roadmap and 12 month plan.
- Drive continuous improvement in the performance of the product/s across customer experience, profit and revenue. With particular focus on continuous

improvement of product costs and allocating cost targets as necessary to other owners e.g Technology Product Owner.

**What you bring**:

- Strong background in Unified communications products like Cisco/ MS/ RC
- Experienced in customer co-creation and product design innovation to develop new products
- Appropriate product lifecycle management experience, and the ability to triage across a product and segment mix, ensuring issues are resolved and plans stay on-track.
- Advanced level of English
- Minimum 5 years of supplier management
