**Mission**
IDIADA is looking for a highly motivated project manager for automotive projects and in the field of connected and automated driving.
The position will be based in IDIADA premises in Santa Oliva (Spain). You will work with a team of system and software engineers. **Your role will be **to take care of project management, accounting and invoicing process of projects and support to business development activities, in close coordination with the Product Manager and the Innovation Manager.

Your main responsibilities will be (for the functions mentioned above):
- Activity and resource planning
- Organizing and motivating a project team
- Controlling time management
- Cost estimating and developing the budget
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analyzing and managing project risk
- Monitoring progress
- Managing reports and necessary documentation

**Qualifications** Profile**
- At least 2 years’ experience in project administration. Experience with European Commission projects will be an asset for the position.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel macros and dynamic tables
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office and Powerpoint
- Interest in new technologies, automotive and electric vehicles
- Good communication skills and confidence in discussions at different hierarchical levels
- Recognizable empathy, team spirit, and high level of assertiveness
- Committed, goal-driven, result-oriented, and strong service orientation
- Openness to work in an international company with a multicultural team
**Education**
University degree: Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering. Specialized in Electronics, Mechatronics or Telecommunications.
**Language Skills**
- Fluent English
- Other languages will be asset.
