Buscamos a un/a **OPERATIONS** **PROJECT MANAGER**que tenga como misión la gestión y organización de los procesos, proyectos y programas de la empresa enfocados en la transformación digital asegurando la excelencia en la gestión de los mismos, la entrega en tiempo, costo y calidad requeridos, y manteniendo una comunicación efectiva con la empresa ¿te animas?

**Funciones que realizarás**:

- Gestionar y coordinar la cartera de proyectos, incluyendo la asignación de recursos y la planificación de proyectos.
- Supervisar y asegurar la entrega oportuna y de calidad de los proyectos, así como establecer sistemas de seguimiento y control.
- Proporcionar informes y métricas sobre el rendimiento y el estado de los proyectos.
- Colaborar con los equipos de proyectos para garantizar una gestión efectiva de los riesgos y la resolución de problemas.
- Reforzar la coordinación y soporte de otros departamentos en la gestión de proyectos.
- Asesorar y orientar a los gerentes de proyecto y a los equipos de proyecto en la gestión de proyectos, y proporcionar capacitación y desarrollo de habilidades de gestión de proyectos según sea necesario.
- Identificar y gestionar los riesgos y oportunidades del proyecto, y asegurar que se implementen las acciones de mitigación necesarias.
- Gestionar y comunicar efectivamente con los stakeholders, asegurando que se comprendan los objetivos y el alcance del proyecto, y que se identifiquen y gestionen los problemas y las expectativas.
- Apoyar a la estrategia de operaciones y de la empresa.
- Experiência con proyectos de certificación ISO.
- Cumplir las políticas de seguridad de la información vigentes en la empresa.

**Requisitos para un buen match**:

- Tienes experiência previa en gestión de proyectos internos enfocados en la transformación digital.
- Tienes amplio conocimiento y experiência en metodologías de gestión de proyectos, y habilidad para adaptarse a diferentes metodologías.
- Tienes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, tanto verbal como escrita, y habilidad para colaborar y resolver problemas en equipo.
- Tienes conocimiento y experiência en el uso de herramientas de gestión de proyectos y de software.
- Tienes un pensamiento estratégico y habilidades analíticas para evaluar y resolver problemas complejos de gestión de proyectos.
- Dispones de capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos y análisis.
- Dispones de conocimiento técnico en el campo de las TIC y capacidad para comprender y evaluar los aspectos técnicos de los proyectos.
- Tienes experiência trabajando con metodología agile.
- Valorable positivamente si tienes la Certificación PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Nível alto de español y de inglés (C1).
- Francés intermedio valorable positivamente.
- Vives en Barcelona y/o alrededores o estás abierto/a a mudarte.
