).At least 3+ years of professional experience; prefer 2+ years in FMCG, CPG, or OTC healthcare.Strong project leadership capabilities and clear communication.Demonstrates a constant improvement mindset.Must be familiar with standard PM tools and templates.
Strong MS Office suite skills; can demonstrate expertise with MS Project; exposure to cloud-based PPMO systems.PM certification (PMI, PMBOK) or other documented intra-company certification/training will be taken into consideration.Experience within a global, matrix organization.
