**Poste et missions**:
Vous rejoignez la Direction des Contrôles Permanents, au sein de l’équipe de Contrôle Interne dont la mission est d'assurer l’efficacité et la cohérence de l’ensemble du dispositif de contrôle, la maîtrise du risque et le respect de la règlementation.
- Au quotidien vous avez pour missions de:

- Participer à la surveillance permanente et à la maîtrise des risques. En cela, vous assurez en lien avec les métiers le suivi des recommandations émises tant par le contrôle interne que par les tiers : Inspection Générale Groupe, Natixis IM, clients, commissaires aux comptes et fonctions de contrôle des dépositaires.
- Organiser, dans le cadre de missions d’audit entrantes, le dispositif de gestion des pièces probantes et leur centralisation pour un suivi sécurisé. Vous coordonnez les demandes des auditeurs avec les métiers concernés.
- Coordonner régulièrement des demandes ou des recommandations émises par les fonctions de contrôle dépositaire ou encore les commissaires aux comptes des OPC.
- Veiller à l’organisation, dans le cadre de l’exercice de certification annuelle ISAE 3402, du dispositif de contrôle interne de la société de gestion, du dispositif de collecte d’information, du pilotage du planning de la campagne et à l’assistance rapprochée du certificateur.
- Planifier et réaliser en autonomie et en concertation avec le certificateur l’ensemble des tâches de l’exercice de certification. Vous vous assurez annuellement de la revue du dispositif de contrôle interne et veillez à la qualité finale du projet de rapport ISAE 3402 avant sa validation finale.
- Dans un esprit de travail collaboratif, vous participez au processus de validation de la documentation juridique, contractuelle ou commerciale. Vous participez activement au partage du savoir au sein de l’équipe contrôle interne. Vous pouvez ponctuellement participer à la conduite de projets internes ou transversaux.

A terme, vous pourrez mener des missions de contrôle transversales ou liées à une nouvelle activité, un nouveau produit, un nouveau processus ou à la survenance d’une défaillance du dispositif de contrôle.

**Profil et compétences requises**:

De formation supérieure, vous disposez d'une 1ère expérience dans les métiers de la Finance, idéalement de la gestion d’actifs, dans des fonctions d’Audit, Conformité ou Contrôle.

Vous maîtrisez:

- la réglementation (AMF, ACPR) et l’environnement de la gestion d’actifs.
- les méthodes et techniques de contrôles.
- les outils bureautiques et collaboratifs, Access.

Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d’écoute, vous êtes:

- autonome et rigoureux,
- force de proposition,
- reconnu pour votre esprit de synthèse et d’analyse.

Vous maitrisez l’anglais avec un niveau B2 / C1
