As the CRM Digital Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operational processes and procedures that support our digital marketing programs and campaigns to deliver results for ANI’s HCP and Consumer brands. You will be in charge for supporting execution, maintenance and continuous improvement of marketing automation functions necessary to enable the marketing team to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
You will be asked to act as leader working cross functionally with key marketing partners, key strategic agency partners, digital analytics teams, medical, regulatory, IT and data providers to yield desired outcomes.
This position will require from you a high capacity for integration and work between different areas, with excellent communication skills, project management, creativity and focus on results managing multiple projects simultaneously.
**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Building digital/CRM strategy for ANI brands and business cases to gain investments from internal stakeholders
- Championing and driving through necessary CRM & digital channels build ups and optimizations ensuring full buy in from all stakeholders in the business
- Build digital strategy for ANI Spain brands and lead digital strategy for brands working closely with marketing teams
- Create and maintain automated triggers-based campaign on customer purchase behaviors
- Support Customer Journey Mapping by analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing lead generation, loyalty opportunities
- Work with business and technology stakeholders, service providers and agencies to gather functional and technical requirements and optimize day-to-day operations; Ensure data meets functional requirements, system compliance and interface specifications working closely with IT- Report on KPIs through dashboard creation and internal communication of results and insights
- Support developing on-brand direct response oriented cross-channel creative executions
- Maintain and document policies, procedures and standards relating to database marketing and proactively monitors activity
- Working with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM plan.
- Design of journey strategies for the maintenance and proper functioning of brand lead generation/loyalty programs.
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)/Hub spot used for digital marketing initiatives and to develop, design and execute campaigns; including managing segmentation building journey maps, loading creative, tagging, testing and managing opt outs.
- Partner with external data providers to ensure data is delivered for consumption into SFMC in a format and structure that is consistent with the metrics that need to be captured and aligns with the configured data schema. Leads the implementation of new features and functionality in SFMC in collaboration with IT, Salesforce and Marketing
- Responsible for the technology, processes and resources for the creation and operation of Abbott Nutrition Spain lead generation/loyalty programs.
- Manages the Salesforce Campaign Operations team to design, build and test campaigns in the platform based on Medical Legal Regulatory approved creative assets and in alignment with the partner agency creative production schedule.
- Utilize strong project management skills to track and deliver critical marketing system projects and operational projects on time.
- Analysis and monitoring of CRM indicators for developments and action plan of lead generation/loyalty programs.
- Responsible for leading and optimizing the execution of brand journeys
- Responsible for CRM negotiations and the management of the responsible agencies.
- Budget management, with the support of brands, for CRM investment.
- In charge of managing the digital pattern focused on CRM actions, such as lead capture and traffic to brand loyalty programs.
- Responsible for defining the parameters of database segmentation for the correct implementation of journeys and CRM actions.
- Project leader for the launch and execution of loyalty programs and their different versions for HCPs and Consumers
- Interaction with internal stake holders (Trade, Medical, Regulatory, Marketing, Legal, Business Excellence, KAMs etc.) and external (agencies and business partners) for CRM purposes.
- Responsible for choosing strategic incentives and benefits for digital campaign and loyalty programs with clear P&L and financial ROI indicators
