**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Tareas y funciones**:

- Mantenimiento de carretillas elevadoras (reparación, revisiones periódicas, modificaciones).
- Orientación al cliente (necesidades, dudas, consejos de utilización, etc.)
- Identificación de oportunidades de negocio en su zona y reporte al superior directo
- Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos en materia de seguridad integral, establecidos por la organización.
- Efectuar el montaje, la puesta en marcha y eventualmente la instrucción en entregas de máquinas nuevas.
- Realizar en los plazos establecidos todas las tareas administrativas asociadas a su puesto de trabajo, (hojas de trabajo, hojas semanales, solicitud de presupuesto, etc).
- Elaborar informes sobre deficiencias de carácter técnico detectadas, que afecten o puedan afectar al funcionamiento seguro de los vehículos.
- Utilizar, mantener y custodiar debidamente todas las herramientas, utensilios, medios y EPIs que la empresa pone a su disposición.
- Gestionar correctamente la dotación de materiales y repuestos.
- Comunicar a través de la aplicación, las aperturas y cierres de incidencias, así como otras incidencias que pudieran surgir
- Proponer mejoras de los procesos y métodos de trabajo.

**Requisitos**:

- Aptitudes y habilidades: Se requieren personas proactivas, responsables, polivalentes, acostumbrada a trabajar en equipo y con clara orientación al servicio y a los objetivos de empresa
- Formación: mínimo CFGS en Mecatrónica, Electricidad o similar. Valorable conocimiento ofimáticos (Outlook, PPT, Word, Excel)
- Experiência: Experiência mínima de 2 años en el sector o similar (automoción).
