**We are looking for a Design System Manager to join a design & dev squad and help evolve, govern and maintain our client's design system.**

Working in parallel to squads running agile delivery, under the responsibility of the Product Design Lead, the Design System Manager will join an agile squad to help evolve a series of mobile UI libraries into a proper design system.

A chance for an experienced designer in design systems to have an impact and build a governance and maintenance model to scale design.

**Would you like to ?**
- Manage the Design System components library: backlog construction & prioritisation, design system workshops with product designers, design and maintenance of library components in Figma, writing guidelines and specifications in Figma and Zeroheight
- Ensure full scalability of components and Design System usage
- Be the link between the technical team, analytics team and the design team in order to set up the design system and ensure its use
- Iterations with the front-end developers to ensure implementation of components: nomenclature, variants, design tokens, behaviour, etc.
- Communicate within the tech team & the design team about Design System usage and updates
- Support for Product Designers in BAU squads on the use of library elements
- Be in charge of QA of built components
- Participate in the evangelization of the design system within the squads
- Plan and build the ROI case for a design system approach within the client organization

**We would like you to be**
- Expert in the implementation and maintenance of a design system, ideally combining several different OS (iOS, Android, etc)
- Mastery of Figma and its advanced features (properties, variants, auto-layout, styles, ect.)
- Mastery of Atomic Design
- Solid understanding of software platforms to manage design systems (i.e. Zeroheight)
- Solid technical skills, particularly in web integration: frequent exchanges with IT teams and need to take into account front, API and back development constraints
- Analytics & GA4 notions
- Knowledge of UI accessibility standards
- Proved experience establishing workflows and processes to govern a design system and accelerate time to market
- An EU national, or with a working permit for Spain - this is a must have
- Fluent in English and Spanish - other languages are a bonus
