En Garaje Argentina, somos un equipo inclusivo, muy cohesionado y nos encanta aprender los unos de los otros.

Trabajamos en equipo involucrados en todas las fases del proceso, lo cual hace que los resultados sean más ricos por la mezcla de perfiles y perspectivas. Estamos buscando un/a **Content Designer** para unirse a nuestro estudio de Buenos Aires, por lo que es necesario que vivas en Capital Federal o alrededores.

**️ Y en concreto, esto es lo que harás**:

- Trabajar colaborativamente con perfiles de otras disciplinas para la creación de un Content Design System.
- Definir pautas, procesos, mejores prácticas y estándares de narrativa.
- Modular el tono, la voz y el estilo del producto para establecer buenas prácticas de escritura en componentes, interfaces y piezas de comunicación.
- Documentar lo anterior en una guía de estilos, que tenga especificado qué y cómo los productos y servicios deben comunicarse con sus usuarios.
- Conocer al usuario y todas sus implicaciones: customer journey, paint points, comportamiento, necesidades, contexto de uso de nuestro producto, etc.
- Identificar cualquier necesidad de mejora y optimización de productos digitales.
- Diseñar y moderar workshops con los equipos de trabajo y con el negocio.

**Para eso, necesitamos que tengas**:

- Formación en comunicación, periodismo, letras, diseño o carreras afines.
- Sólidos conocimientos en procesos y metodologías UX.
- Experiência escribiendo para una variedad de audiencias, marcas y sectores.
- Experiência diseñando contenido para interfaces, de tal manera que el usuario experimente el producto como propio, sintiéndose contenido y guiado en todo momento.
- Experiência definiendo y documentando pautas, procesos, mejores prácticas y estándares de narrativa.
- Experiência gestionando tiempos, armando roadmap de trabajo y guiando a otras personas dentro de tu equipo.
- Experiências en testeos de contenido con usuarios.
- Experiência moderando workshops.
