**About the role**

The Senior HRBP role will be responsible for steering and influencing the people agenda for Network Operations within the Networks Organisation. The senior HRBP will be supported by an additional HRBP who will be shared with Network Strategy and Engineering. The role will be responsible for leading the HR agenda, with a key focus on talent attraction, organisational design and team effectiveness.

As a **Senior HR Business Partner**, you´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities:

- Supports leaders in defining and developing people plans that support the achievement of the business strategy.
- Collaborate with VOIS to deliver the people plans.
- Ensures that People plans are integrated with wider HR strategy, policies & priorities.
- Translates and supports the delivery of the talent strategy. Drives pipeline of diverse future leaders and accelerates high potential development while driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda
- HR thought leadership to build, buy and develop future strategic capabilities for Technology
- Continually challenges the business, instigating and managing transformation projects that improve organisation, team and individual effectiveness including organisational effectiveness & design, skills development & talent management.
- Provides feedback and coaching to the leadership team, and ensures all leaders & people managers are equipped to drive employee engagement
- Proactively manages the HR Business Partner interfaces to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Provides support within the HR team to peers and coaching to junior members of the team

**What do you bring?**
- Extensive HRBP experience, particularly across various markets/countries
- Strong experience In Organisational Effectiveness and Design and change Management
- Some experience of talent management and talent attraction strategies.
- Work experience as a Senior HRBP
- Influencing skills and stakeholder management
- Good understanding of OE, OD and change management methodologies
- Leadership behaviours
- HR Degree / Diploma
