We are looking for an analyst to join our Client Support Team within our Investor Relations department (Madrid Office)
**Job Description: Main Functions**
- Management and maintenance of CRM (Client Relationship Management) including meeting minutes, updating of existing and potential investor information.
- Preparation of documents related to fundraising developments.
- Update of investors’ investment opportunities in CRM.
- Collaboration in the editing and preparation of materials related to funds in marketing period.
- Preparation of ad-hoc presentations to investors, including cash-flow estimates and update of funds in portfolio.
- Review and preparation of distribution lists for sending communications related to events, webinars, Annual Meeting, etc.
- Elaboration of Due Diligence Questionnaires and follow-up of subsequent requests.
- Management of investor onboarding processes in our Spanish and Luxembourg vehicles.
- Updating of information about the firm for various industry reference databases.
- Support to the Compliance team in relation to the regular update of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) files and sending of various communications.
- Preparation of materials for Roadshows with Private Banking Clients.
- Coordinate quarterly information packages with different Departments (Operations, Investments, Portfolio Analytics ).
- 1-2 year experience in financial firms.
- Knowledge and/or previous experience in private markets will be a differentiator asset.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail.
- Communication skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills, agility in learning and flexibility. Proactivity, autonomy, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word ).
- Fluent conversational and written English is essential as it will be used in the day-to-day.
- Good academic record.
- Immediate availability and able to join full-time.
