We are seeking a proactive and driven Data Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers the unique opportunity to engage with cuttingedge data/delivery management technologies and contribute to impactful projects.

**Your healthy routine**

Data Management：Data Analysis, Business Intelligence.

**Your Challenges**:

- Engage in the development and maintenance of robust data models using Power
Query M, DAX, and Power Pivot in both Excel and Power BI.
- Utilize ChatGPT for programming enhancements and operational efficiencies.
Familiarity with ChatGPT Plus will be beneficial.
- Participate in the refinement and execution of ETL processes to ensure the
integrity and cleanliness of data for team use.
- Execute, review, and debug scripts in R and Python, supporting preliminary data
analysis and preparation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide essential data support for
enterprise-wide decision-making initiatives.
- Proactively enhance your skills in data visualization and analytical methodologies
that support business intelligence.

**Your Profile**:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Finance, or a related field,
with practical experience in R or Python programming.
- Basic familiarity with Excel data modeling tools such as Power Query M, DAX, and
Power Pivot.
- Capable of effectively executing and troubleshooting existing scripts in R and
Python.
- Meticulous attention to detail with an eagerness to master complex data
processes.
- Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English.
