Support to the customer experience supervisor, understanding the consumer needs, emotions, pain points and ways to improve offered services and experience.
- Participate on customer journey mapping across channels and cooperate on its design, being responsible for the execution and correct deployment of the action plan defined (loyalty plans, events, partnership collaborations, etc).
- Analyze consumer interactions, insights and feedbacks through various sources (data, field visits, field team feedback), identifying opportunities to improve consumer experience and brand perception as a "Loved brand" in Andorra market working closely with local and external agencies.
- Train field teams to ensure the correct deployment and execution. Present results to other areas to guarantee internal support and visibility for the market.

Important Multinational company smoking sector|Marketing & Operations profile
- University degree and high level of English, essential.
- Experience in managing events of different scope (horeca, fairs, sports/cultural, etc.)
- High level of PowerPoint, desirable Excel. Presentation and training skills is needed.
- Experience in projects related to Customer Care, from the perspective of user loyalty and retention, focusing on content creation and implementation and monitoring of implementation projects and action plans.
- Desirable experience in Mystery Shopper projects
