Noc L1 Operator

The NOC L1 Operatorplays an important role within the team and acts as a focalpoint in the tracking and resolution of incidents. This role requiresstrong technical skills,the ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and a proactiveattitude to maintainoperational stability and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
Continuous monitoring:Proactively monitor the network and infrastructure to identify potential problems or anomalies, usingmonitoring tools and early warningsystems.

Incident Detection and Diagnosis:Investigate and diagnose reported or identified incidents, determining their root cause and assessing their impact on system performance.

Troubleshooting:Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve incidents efficiently, following established procedures and using best practices in problem solving.

Communication and reporting: MMaintain clear and timely communication with the leadership team and other team members, providing updates on the status of the incidentand the progression of resolution activities.

Documentation:Thoroughly document incidents, actions taken, and solutions implemented in the incident management system, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the documentation.

Collaboration and support:Work closely with internal and external teams, providing technical support and assistance in implementing infrastructure changes or upgrades

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in similar roles in networkoperations or networkoperations centers (NOC). Strong knowledge of computer networks, operating systems and infrastructure technologies.

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Proactivity and abilityto take initiative in problemsolving. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Teamwork and ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.

Attention to detail and abilityto maintain accuracyunder high pressuresituations.

**Experience**:

- Network operations: 3 years (preferred)
