MISIÓN: Proporciona soporte al Chief Engineer del Centro de Operaciones coordinando, dentro de su hotel, las tareas de Technical Services y supervisando a los técnicos.

¿Qué tendrá que hacer?

Gestionar, dar ejemplo y entrenar al Equipo de Mantenimiento (contratación de nuevos miembros del equipo, gestión del rendimiento, tareas administrativas, etc.).
Gestionar y hacer un seguimiento del Presupuesto Departamental (Consumo Energético, Gastos de Renovación, Contratos de Mantenimiento, etc).
Mantener el funcionamiento eficiente de toda la planta Mecánica y Energética: HVAC, Equipamiento de Cocina/Lavandería, Equipamiento de Gimnasio /SPA/Piscina, etc).
Recopilar información diariamente y llevar a cabo las acciones necesarias de todos los departamentos asociados en relación con cualquier tipo de equipo o defecto que pueda contribuir a la interrupción del funcionamiento diario del hotel.
Garantizar que el plan de mantenimiento del hotel esté totalmente actualizado y se aplique. Planificar y supervisar cualquier trabajo no programado que sea necesario.
Conocer la normativa sobre Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo y la legislación sobre Precauciones y Lucha contra Incendios y ser la persona responsable. Hacer un seguimiento cuando sea necesario y realizar inspecciones periódicas.
Ponerse en contacto con los contratistas cuando sea necesario y supervisarlos.

¿Qué buscamos?

Titulación en Ingeniería o estudios similares.
Conocimientos de inglés.
Experiência en un puesto similar con amplios conocimientos de operaciones de ingeniería.
Contar con un mínimo de 5 años de experiência técnica y de supervisión en ingeniería de edificios con una sólida formación en el campo.
Mantenimiento y diseño y aplicación general de sistemas.
Conocimientos de informática.
Experiência en elaboración de presupuestos.
Conocimiento actual de las tendencias y aplicaciones modernas en el campo de la ingeniería.
