We are seeking a Head of Finance & Strategy to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of the company. This role requires a unique combination of financial expertise, strategic insight, and operational leadership to support and drive company growth.
You will be responsible for managing our financial structure, supporting decision-making with an analytical approach, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. If you are a proactive financial leader with a strategic mindset, we'd love to hear from you
Tasks
**Financial Planning and Modelling**:

- Create, maintain, and update financial models and budgets.
- Perform sensitivity analysis and provide financial projections to guide strategic decisions.

**Strategic Financial Leadership**:

- Develop and implement a robust financial strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Support high-level decision-making by offering data-driven financial insights.

**Administrative and Accounting Oversight**:

- Supervise accounting and administrative operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Establish clear guidelines for day-to-day administrative processes.

**Investor Relations and Audits**:

- Manage investor reporting and lead annual audits.
- Provide financial support during funding rounds, collaborating with potential investors.

**External Financing and Grant Management**:

- Prepare and justify financial reports for these funds, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

**Board of Directors Preparation**:

- Prepare and present relevant financial data and insights for board meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the board, providing financial expertise to support decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar. Advanced degrees (e.g., Master’s in Finance, MBA) are a plus.
- Experience: 5-7 years in finance, strategic planning, or investment banking. Experience in fast-growing environments, such as startups, is preferred.
- Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations, with prior experience managing accounting teams.
- Language Skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken, as the company operates in an international environment with documentation in English.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to foresee potential issues, provide solutions, and align financial insights with business goals.
- Leadership Skills: Strong capability to lead and inspire administrative, financial, and accounting teams.
