**The position**

**Duties & responsibilities**
- Consult business colleagues on solution alternatives and process adaptations to achieve effective and efficient technical solutions in a timely manner
- Lead the problem & incident management of assigned computer systems by performing ticket analysis, troubleshooting, taking corrective action, identifying trends
- Maintain all system documentation of computer systems based on approved service and change requests (e.g. End user, support, system specs, architecture etc.) being a System Lead of the Systems
- Participate on cross-functional project teams in a global, multicultural and diverse environment in support of business objectives inside a DevOps team structure (SCRUM framework)
- Ensure the security and compliance of the system (e.g., User Account Administration & Access Control) as well as GAMP documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar area (regulated environment as pharmaceutical it’s a plus) and operating in platforms on a global scale.
- Professional experience with Manufacturing Operations Systems and production processes, OEE analysis.
- Basic Knowledge in: Operating Systems such Linux or Windows, MongoDB databases, VMWare environment, OPC tools and programing languages (e.g., LUA, JSON, Python, Visual Basic,)
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools related such Jira or Confluence is a plus.
- Able to operate platforms on a global scale and willing to work in a state-of-art technology environment.
- Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and availability to travel.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving, excellent communication skills, team-oriented attitude, proactiveness, agility and ability to work under pressure
