Kantar’s Worldpanel division is searching for a collaborative and passionate Senior Client Executive to join our team of Client Service guides based in Barcelona, Spain - this is an incredible opportunity to be a part of our exciting vision for the future

Role’s mission

Does the idea of working with a large set of complex data, using innovative analysis techniques in order to achieve the best solutions for leading FMCG brands in the market attract you?

If you’re experienced in the FMCG industry and are used to building and leading strong and positive relationships with clients based on impactful data insights; as well as undertaking tasks with an enthusiastic, positive can-do attitude - then this is the right role for you

This Senior Client Executive role will be supporting the Client Director on partnering, managing, and supporting several key lead Food and Beverages players - by supporting them growing their businesses and generate incremental return on investment by helping them use consumer panel’s data to generate strategic and better-informed business decisions.

Key outcomes
- Deliver presentations to clients that meet the objectives of the clients’ briefs, which secure production and interpretation of data insights that highlight relevant patterns, and implications to their businesses as you’ll offer actionable recommendations.
- Develop opportunities to grow revenue for the team with a focus on widening our network, identifying client issues, and co-creating innovating solutions with our data.
- Spot opportunities to increase client access to our data, as well as work with experts from across the business to convert new opportunities and ensure client return on investment.
- Develop a good knowledge of category and brand awareness and utilise it in identifying and explaining key influences on market performance.

Key Capabilities

Your background will ideally look like this
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Management, Sociology, Econometrics or equivalent fields.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of previous professional experience in Client Management and/or Market Research roles (preferably in the FMCG industry) with a consistent track record on building successful relationships with clients..
- Full business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum).
- Shown business experience with MS Excel (e.g., Advanced Formulas; Pivot Tables) and MS Power Point.
- Possesses strong verbal and visual presentation skills with the ability to articulate in a confident and composed manner insightful and impactful presentations.
- Experience delivering business analysis-based consulting projects with the ability to provide valuable client insights, and present complex data clearly and incisively.

- Is highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively within different cultural and technical environments.
- Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to comfortably connect with partners at all levels across the organization and facilitates discussions in a constructive manner.

The following, although not mandatory, will be appreciated
- Previous working experience in the FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with fundamental statistical concepts and analysis.
- Experience working with shoppers’ data and/or consumer panel’s data and insights.
