**Location**: Barcelona, Spain

**Key Responsibilities**:
Support Global Mobility Center of Expertise (CoE) to manage and execute short-term and long-term assignments and permanent transfers during the whole relocation & assignment life cycle, in alignment with business needs, mobility guidelines, talent policy and group strategy.

Prepare international transfer proposals including cost projections (cost-to-company comparative), net-for-employee (comparative), legal documentation, compensation statements, reviewing international mobility aspects such as labor legislation, immigration, compensation structure, benefits, social scheme, pension plans, health coverage, income taxes, cost allocations, currency issues, etc.

Support global HR processes linked to transferees / assignees, such as budget, compensation review cycle, updates in HR systems, payroll execution, intra-company recharges, review and coordination of tax calculations, etc.

Support the operational management of global providers for tax, immigration, relocation, health insurance; support the billing processes / invoice payment for external mobility providers.

12 months apprentice contract in Barcelona area.
