Se precisa **BOUTIQUE MANAGER** en una de nuestras boutiques ubicadas en Barcelona.
**Se requiere**:
- Capacidad de liderazgo, formar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo a su cargo. Asegurar un correcto conocimiento de producto y gestión operativa, recepción del producto, gestión de mercancía, control de almacenes, control de inventario...
- Comprensión y vinculación con los valores de marca.
- Proactividad y orientación a resultados. Realizar el respectivo seguimiento de las ventas, análisis de indicadores de gestión (KPI´s), níveles de stock y planes de acción relativos al negocio.
- Implementar los procesos operativos y planificación gestión de boutique.
- En colaboración con el equipo de Retail y de Recursos Humanos, se debe tener habilidad total de entrenar al equipo y formarle continuamente.
- Asegurar la buena imagen de la superficie de venta.
- Experiência de al menos 2-3 años de experiência desempeñando las funciones de
Boutique Manager.
- Persona con vocación de atención al cliente.
- Idiomas: Castellano, catalán y se valorará el inglés.
