**YOUR MISSION**

Retail is the fastest growing business unit inside Glovo which includes all types of shops from electronics, pharmacies, beauty, flowers, toys, video games...
We are currently building a strong HQ team in order to re-invent how consumers buy retail, making it more convenient and easy than ever before.
We are looking for a new master of retail that is able to crack growth inside the vertical while leading the most important events of the year like S. Valentine's or Mother's day.

**THE JOURNEY**
- Lead global events such as S. Valentine's, Women's day, Mother's day, Black Friday, and will act as a project manager, coordinating cross-functional teams in operations, growth, marketing, content, and category management.
- Be able to understand diverse markets to adapt strategies to meet local needs during events.
- Be the point of contact for stakeholders beyond retail for effectively coordinating and managing the awareness of the events.
- Drive growth within retail, serving as the leader of growth and marketing initiatives.
- You will coordinate weekly with the CRM and other central marketing teams to implement all levers.
- Be willing to explore new growth opportunities and levers across all countries to elevate retail awareness. You are also willing to identify and pursue opportunities for undeveloped categories and markets.
- Report on growth evolution and key levers within the vertical. You demonstrate strong analytical skills, extracting insights from data to inform decision-making.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE**
- +3yr experience in fast-paced environments (startups, top consulting firms, top internet firms, FMCG, retail).
- Be driven to build a business from scratch, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented.
- Experience in understanding retail business, as well as revenue dynamics and drivers.
- Project management skills and high ambition for high performance work.
- Data-driven mentality: takes decision based on data and makes business judgment when necessary.
- You find smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems.
- Advanced in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
