Our internationally positioned, multilingual team ensures the perfect technical implementation of events, trade fairs and conferences - from the planning phase to execution and debriefing. In order for these individual projects to be successfully implemented, a team with local know-how, great expertise and a lot of motivation is required. We know very well that we can only be successful as a team and we want to position ourselves accordingly.
In Neumann&Müller Iberia we seek to incorporate into our team a Warehouse Manager. who is passionate and willing to grow with the N&M Iberia project, performing functions such as the following:
**Your tasks**:
- You are responsible for our own warehouse and the temporary one that we have in Fira and take care of the stock management organization of both
- You have a hands-on attitude when it comes to physical work such as loading / unloading trucks or whatever needs to be done
- You are a perfectionist orientated to detail and you need to have control when it comes to preparing the equipment for projects, checking it after the project is done and the maintenance of the equipment as per the inventory
- You manage deliveries and sending
- You’re an empathic and understanding person when it comes to manage your team by keeping them focused and motivated to deliver the right results.
- You are the main contact person for providers and partners and understands 100% the needs of the business
- You have the motivation to create a warehouse and storage system and Willing to improve what’s already done.
**Your profile**:
- You have studies related to the position such as degree in Warehouse management, logistics or you have equivalent experience
- Passionate for event industry, knowledge in the Event industry is a plus
- You speak Spanish and English fluently, spoken and written (German is a plus)
- Availability to travel
- You enjoy working in a team, accept responsibility, taking on operational tasks, and you are open-minded and sociable
- You have driving license
- Forklift license is welcome (we can support you if you don’t have it)
- You are flexible when it comes to work on weekends
- You are proactive and you have a polyvalent profile who loves to learn and grow within a company
