We are thrilled to share that we are on a continuous growth trajectory and are currently looking for an experienced **Head of Real Estate Investments** to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Search for and attract new real estate properties, reaching agreements on commission fees.
- Study real estate markets in countries where the company operates, analyzing market opportunities, development trends, and competitor activities.
- Gather information on demand, supply, motivations, and fluctuations, identifying reasons for changes and analyzing customer needs.
- Handle contractual and legal work, including drafting contracts, reviewing company information materials, and conducting legal expertise of contract projects.
- Prepare regular reports for company management.
- Manage Asana and SF systems in a detailed and timely manner.
- Interact with clients to provide support, including responding to inquiries, advising on real estate investments, participating in negotiations, and representing client interests.
- Perform all other necessary actions within their competence to facilitate residence permits, permanent residence permits, or citizenship for clients through real estate purchases.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of key aspects of international real estate markets.
- Familiarity with real estate transaction structures and their implementation details.
- Familiarity with regulatory legal acts governing the company's production, economic, and financial activities.
- Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Leadership experience
**Would be beneficial**:
- CCIM or other professional designation.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate.
- Knowledge of other foreign languages.
