**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Roadmap Management**: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
- ** Requirement Gathering**: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define detailed requirements and user stories for new features and improvements.
- ** Backlog Management**: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development teams are working on the most valuable tasks.
- ** Cross-functional collaboration**: Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
- ** User Experience**: Advocate for the best user experience and ensure that the product design and functionality meet user expectations.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback, and use data to inform product decisions and improvements.
- ** Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and user behavior to continuously refine the product strategy.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**: Regularly update stakeholders on product status, key metrics, and upcoming releases.

**About you**:

- Strong understanding of mobile development processes and technologies (iOS, Android).
- Proficient in using analytics tools to track and interpret product performance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
