**The opportunity**
To effectively manage the day to day delivery of facilities management services within Spanish region (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia) including cleaning, M and E, security and vending and front of house to our client ensuring that the highest standards of customer service and quality are maintained at all times whilst also ensuring value for money is achieved at all times.
To develop strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to take ownership for the service delivery across designated region. Actively managing out risks to both the client and Mace in all activities.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Delivering FM services in accordance with Safety First - Second Nature.
- Adopting and embracing the delivery of services set against the purpose: "to redefine the boundaries of ambition".
- Managing internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring quality of services provided is continually improved and exceeds customer expectations.
- Ensuring value for money is achieved through robust management of suppliers and measurement of performance service level agreements.
- Reporting financial responsibility of OPS set budgets, risk management, and maintaining profitability.
- Ensuring consistency of service standards across the current client portfolio and other properties that may be added at a future date.
- Responsible for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as an when they arise.
- Building, maintaining, and transforming a team regionally.
- Leading the delivery of our services to exceed the client's requirements.
- Delivering of services within the commercial model and delivered on a prescribed and timely basis always seeking to optimise variable expenditure.
- Keeping abreast of developments in the FM market and can demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
- Providing effective and professional guidance to a team of FM professionals.
- Managing internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring quality of services provided is continually improved and exceeds customer expectations.
**About you**
You will ideally have a professional membership i.e., BIFM, RICS or any international equivalent body. You have experience in finance budget awareness - knowledge of preparing, owning, forecasting and reporting on set budgets.
You are digitally savvy and an expert user of MS Office software. You will have previous facilities management experience and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
