**Zielsetzung**:
Unsere **Customer Service Agents (m/w/d)** sind Hauptansprechpartner für die Besitzer von OEM-Fahrzeugen. Sie vertreten den OEM bei der Interaktion mit den Kunden, stellen eine schnelle und effektive Lösung von Fällen sicher und konzentrieren sich auf die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Servicequalität, um die Kundenzufriedenheit und Projektziele zu erreichen.

**Verantwortlichkeiten der Agents**:

- Bearbeitung von Fahreranfragen: Bearbeitung von Anfragen über verschiedene Kanäle, um sicherzustellen, dass das Problem erkannt und verstanden wird.
- Fernunterstützung: Identifizierung und Behebung der Ursachen von Anfragen.
- Aufzeichnung aller Kundenkontakte, um die Handlungen zu verfolgen.
- Datenverwaltung: Eingabe der relevanten Kundendaten in das Case Management System.
- Zusammenarbeit im Team: Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen, Austausch persönlicher Ergebnisse und Feedback um zu den Erfolgen und Zielen beizutragen.
- Prozessverbesserung: Kontinuierliche Arbeit zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Qualität der Prozessabläufe.
- Dokumentation: Vorbereitung, Aktualisierung und Archivierung aller erforderlichen Dokumente, Vorlagen und Aufzeichnungen.
- Teilnahme an Besprechungen nach Bedarf, Bereitstellung persönlicher Ergebnisse und Feedback.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Fließende Deutsch
- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
- Starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit einer überzeugenden und verhandlungsorientierter Haltung.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten über eine Vielzahl von Kanälen, einschließlich des Deuten von verbaler und nonverbaler Kommunikation.
- Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten, mit einem teamorientierten Ansatz um Meinungsverschiedenheiten positiv zu lösen.
- Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, mit logischem Denken zur Aufschlüsselung komplexer Sachverhalte und Lösungsfindung.

- Belastbarkeit, Disziplin, Pragmatismus und Pünktlichkeit bei den eigenen Aufgaben.
- Flexibilität und Proaktivität bei der Bewältigung mehrerer Aufgaben, Planung und Erstellung von Notfallplänen.
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Kommunikation mit MSX-Führungskräften und in multidisziplinären, multikulturellen Teams zu arbeiten (Einfühlungsvermögen ist ein Plus).
- MS Office365-Anwendungen (Grundkenntnisse in PowerPoint und Excel).
- Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung ist ein Plus.
- Grundkenntnisse der Automobilbranche, einschließlich der Verkaufs
- und After-Sales-Prozesse, sind von Vorteil.
