**General Information**:

- Country/Region- Spain- Province/City- Madrid- Location- Rosewood Villa Magna- Department- Rooms - Front Office- Job Type- Full-time Permanent**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain complete knowledge of, and comply with, all Company and department policies, service procedures and standards.
- Ensure that current information on rates, packages and promotions is available at the Front Desk and that staff are knowledgeable on such information.
- Review the daily business levels, anticipate critical situations and plan effective solutions to best expedite these situations.
- Handle all guest concerns, issues, inquiries and complaints as needed.
. Providing our guests a customer service in accordance to the Rosewood procedures thriving to go the extra mile at all times by delivering meaningful and heartfelt experiences.
. Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
. Having a thorough knowledge of all hotel areas, standards and procedures required at the Front Office.
. Effectively communicating and prioritising tasks in a sophisticated environment.
- Perform all other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
. Having a real passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
. Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
