Mission

The Group Finance will have primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities such as accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, tax, compliance with regulations, and risk management at Corporate level and supervising local plants. He/she will develop financial strategies, identify best practices and ensure standard operations at local levels.

Report to
Group Managing Director. Group Operations Manager
Functions and responsibilities
Drives the Financial Planning & Analysis function of the Company.
Develops financial models & reporting and provides forecast to the management team.
Develops and implement financial policies and procedures and foster implementation and standardization at local levels.
Follow up the financial situation in the company and proposes actions to improve performance, assist in formulating company´s future direction and support tactical initiatives.
Monitors cash flow, accounts and other financial transactions.
Develop budget process, oversees, review and assist in company-wide budgetary planning.
Prepares Competitors Analysis.
Manages Quote & Costing management
Develops tax strategies.
Sets Financial & Control policies. Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation.
Manage Risk & Opportunity analysis to prevent any negative financial impact through the company´s statements.
Supervise, monitor and coach direct team in the day-to-day responsibilities and ensure their efficient operation.
Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.
Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team through
demonstrated business judgment combined with an ability to effectively influence others,
and work as a team.

**In case of absence, delegate to**: Group Administration Director, local Finance Managers.

Experience in industrial companies.
Mandatory experience managing international subsidiaries.
Minimum 3-5 years in a similar position and around 10-15 years’ experience in progressively responsible Finance positions.
SAP knowledge and expertise.
Training

Advance degree in accounting, business, finance.

Languages
Proficient in English, Catalan, Spanish
