**The mission of this role**

Focus on excellence customer service for the UK market and management of new and repeated order processing to all projects and items.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct the Sales & Purchase Orders Management, coordinating the customer’s order processing to all projects and items.
- Handle client services activities in the operational assigned markets. Respond to customer´s needs as developing efficient planning and scheduling.
- Communicate with internal teams, external customers, and suppliers to provide timely information about open orders and deliveries as required to ensure high service levels.
- Assist in developing the company’s customer service policies, standards and procedures.
- Manage relevant KPIs for the area and be an ERP Key User

**Requirements**:

- 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Experience in the packaging industry or beauty is desirable
- Problem solving and organized person
- Customer Focus
- Advanced SAP user
- Proficient level of English
