**TAREAS PRINCIPALES**
- Gestionar sistemas del Grupo VW, controlar las implementaciones de nuevos sistemas o mejoras en sistemas existentes en el área de Compras SEAT. Asegurar el funcionamiento óptimo de los procesos y sistemas de Compras, a través de una comunicación con el Grupo VW y otras áreas de SEAT.
- Representar los intereses del Área de Compras SEAT a nível Grupo VW con objeto de liderar e implementar estrategias comunes con las distintas marcas y regiones en materia de nuevos proyectos relativos a procesos y sistemas, que generen sinergias a nível mundial y optimicen los recursos existentes. Coordinar dentro del ámbito de Compras todas las actividades relacionadas con la mejora de procesos y garantizar un soporte idóneo a los usuarios.
- Desarrollar proyectos con IT de SEAT para la implementación y/o optimización de procesos locales. Acordar estrategia SEAT con VW Group, asegurando su disponibilidad en los plazos, condiciones técnicas y costes acordados.
- Gestionar los gremios del Grupo VW, revisar los procesos de compras y asegurar una asignación conforme a las normativas de Compras.
- Supervisar y gestionar el acceso a los sistemas de Compras consorciales y locales a aquellas personas que lo requieran y dispongan de la adecuada autorización para ello.
- Planificar e Impartir formación relativa a procesos y sistemas de Compras a los usuarios del Área. Para ello, desarrollar e implementar la estrategia conjuntamente con el Grupo VW.
- Elaborar informes que permitan a la Organización la toma de decisiones y la búsqueda de oportunidades de mejora. Reportar periódicamente los KPIs de Compras, en lo referente a valoraciones de proveedores, volumen de pedidos, utilización de recursos, grado de utilización de los sistemas, etc. y proporcionar los datos para la consolidación de los informes anuales.

Requisitos mínimos

**Formación**:
Grado Superior o Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicaciones o IT

**Idiomas**:
Alemán avanzado o
Ingles avanzado

**Experiência**:

- Conocimiento de sistemas informáticos y de las tareas de un Key user de sistemas.
- Gestión de proyectos técnicos con diferentes interlocutores.
- Conocimiento de procesos en Compras.

**Otros requisitos**:
Capacidad para trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios y multinacionales
