**About the Role**:
In this role, you will play a vital part in leading our kitchen operations, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating.
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality control for all dishes.
- Leading and motivating a team of chefs, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Implementing and adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Contributing to stock control, minimizing wastage, and maximizing profitability.
- Assisting the Head Chef with menu development and recipe creation.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

**Who we are looking for**:

- A passionate and skilled Sous Chef with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and innovative approach to cuisine.
