Merchandise Planner

En Merkal buscamos incorporar un/a Merchandise Planner para nuestras oficinas centrales ubicadas en Barcelona para cubrir una baja maternal.
Tu misión principal será la de garantizar el flujo del producto hacia tiendas y online a través de KPI’s (margen inicial y final, sobrante y sell through) que permitan una correcta previsión de la demanda y una adecuada gestión del inventario con el objetivo de maximizar el resultado económico con el menor sobrante.
Con dependencia directa de la Responsable de Merchandise Planning, tus funciones y responsabilidades principales serán:
- Confeccionarás, junto con el departamento de Compras, el plan de venta por producto (a nível estacionalidad/sección/uso), estableciendo objetivos de sobrante y CR antes de rebajas en función a análisis de datos históricos/riesgos/oportunidades.
- Definirás y harás el seguimiento, junto con el departamento de Compras, del plan de compra a nível categoría de producto, definiendo el plan de entradas, control márgenes y precios medio de coste, número de referencias (físicas y online), profundidades, etc
- Planificarás y controlarás, junto con el jefe de producto, el OTB por categoría de producto.
- Forecasting: Construirás y actualizarás el plan de ventas semanal.
- Propondrás correcciones, junto con el departamento de compras, sobre plan de venta In-season con proyección de venta y márgenes.
- Reporting: Semanalmente realizarás el seguimiento y análisis de ventas, márgenes y níveles de stock.
- Harás el seguimiento, junto al comprador, del plan de entradas Vs Recepciones previstas, reportando las desviaciones relevantes.
- Mantendrás comunicación constante con el Dpto. de Gestión para optimizar el proceso de implantación del producto que entra en el almacén.
- Realizarás el pricing de las rebajas y marcarás la estrategia de precio/producto, colaborando en la definición del layout de la tienda junto al área de Visual y Compras.
- Optimizarás el margen de rebajas para llegar al sobrante mínimo.
- Propondrás mejoras en herramientas de planificación y seguimiento del stock junto al equipo de IT.
- Mantendrás una comunicación continua y te coordinarás con el departamento de Compras, Gestión, Visual y Marketing para garantizar el flujo de información durante todo el ciclo de vida del producto: compra, assortment, colecciones, % Repo, repriss, etc
**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
- Experiência mínima de 4 años desempeñando el puesto de merchandise planner. IMPRESCINDIBLE haber ejercicio esta posición en empresas de retail moda, muy valorable en calzado.
- Persona orientada a resultados, con gran capacidad analítica, proactiva, resolutiva y con altas dotes de comunicación.
- Formación universitaria (ADE-Económicas
- Empresariales o similar)
- Nível avanzado de inglés
- Nível avanzado de Excel.
- Habituado/a a trabajar con herramientas de Forecasting, Allocation y Replenishment
