How Do You Fit In?

This position will report to the Sr Director Planning & Buying.

What You Will Do

Product Selection & Buying

Support the Director of Planning & Buying to develop and execute the buying strategy for JustFab EU, ensuring that product assortments meet market demands and align with brand values. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to make informed purchasing decisions.

Working with the brands EU vendors, selecting styles, arraging samples for photography, setting up styles on the system and buy plans.

OTB & Inventory Management

Assist in the control of inventory management by monitoring and adjusting inventory levels to ensure optimal stock. Make decisions regarding reorders and inventory forecasts, ensuring a balance between avoiding excess stock and preventing stockouts. OTB experience is required

Performance Analysis

Regularly review sales performance to refine the product mix and buying strategies. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Complete Monday trade reports and send key learnings and recaps to the wider teams. Review styles for promotions and suggest promotions to run that align with the market and financial discount rate. Recap daily sales and performance on markdown events with clear learnings and recaps.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, North American merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market process. Ensure that all product launches are well-coordinated and aligned with the broader brand strategy.

Price Point Management

Manage product price points based on demand, competition, and market trends to ensure that our offerings are both competitive and profitable.

Trend Analysis

Stay informed about fashion trends across various categories, with a focus on ensuring our product offerings are competitive and in line with market expectations.

What You Can Bring
- 3+ years of experience in buying and Planning within the fashion industry.
- Passion for Fashion
- A deep understanding of fashion trends and a genuine passion for the industry.
- Analytical Skills
- Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to make informed decisions. Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools is required.
- Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
- Language Skills
- Fluency in English is required; additional European language skills are a plus.
