**Description du poste**:
**Tes champs d’opération seront définis selon tes compétences et tes appétences** quant aux différentes solutions ERP et CRM Cloud de nos partenaires : Microsoft, SAP, Cegid, interfaces, reporting (Power BI), Microsoft PowerPlatform...

Tu seras amené(e) à apprendre & comprendre comment fonctionnent les ERP et CRM, à monter en compétences sur des domaines fonctionnels (finance, achats, ventes, logistique...) et à comprendre le fonctionnement global d’une entreprise ;
Tu apprendras comment offrir un service de support de qualité dans un environnement propice à l’innovation digitale et à la créativité.

Tes principaux interlocuteurs seront multiples (Clients, Apsiens, CSM, Partenaires,) favorisant des relations enrichissantes et l’apprentissage de compétences variées pour mener à bien ta mission de gestion du run au quotidien.

**Ta mission**:

- Gérer et traiter les demandes de support, assurer la maintenance corrective et évolutive sur un portefeuille de clients dédié, dont certains déployés à l’international
- Analyser et résoudre les incidents et demandes clients
- Contribuer à la satisfaction de nos clients en proposant une expérience client unique et personnalisée, en collaboration avec les « Customer Success Manager » et « Account Application Leader » en charge de ces comptes
- S’appuyer sur les experts internes, les équipes de projet et de développement, ainsi que sur nos partenaires éditeurs pour garantir un traitement efficace et réactif des demandes clients, selon le niveau d’expertise nécessaire.

**Savoir-faire**:
**Chez nous, on vient soit du métier, soit de la technique, soit les deux ** Tu trouveras plusieurs témoignages de parcours différents ici Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur, de commerce, d’un **Master 2 en informatique** ou d’un **Master 2 finance/contrôle de gestion,** nous serons là pour te former à utiliser tes compétences existantes et à développer celles que tu ne possèdes pas encore

Notre développement international nécessite la **maitrise de l’anglais, du français et de l'espagnol (écrit et oral) **que ce soit dans un contexte client ou un contexte interne.
