**About this opportunity**:
We are an R&D unit in Ericsson, building world class cloud-native based AI/ML big data analytics software for telecom operators. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic cloud engineer who will collaborate with global teams, manage our infrastructure and enable success stories for our customers. You will be creating the pavement for ground breaking technology (5G, ML/AI, Automation, cloud computing and security) and enabling the software of tomorrow. **What you will do**:

- Implement, maintain and operate CICD pipeline for cloud infrastructure (on-prem and public cloud).
- Implement, maintain and operate cloud native infrastructure based on Kubernetes.
- Develop code for configuration management and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Perform development support, monitoring, fixing, maintenance, and housekeeping for high availability.
- Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling for scalable solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous cloud dimensioning forecast.
- Ensure maximization of automated processes for the infrastructure.
- Technology intelligence for continuous improvements and evolution.
- Implement and document guidelines, standard processes and solutions.
- Run/contribute to the periodical reports and dashboards.
- Provide significant contributions both individually and as part of a greater team

**You will bring**:

- Bachelors in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech in IT/Telecom)
- 10+ years of total experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in cloud-native pipelines using Jenkins, Spinnaker for Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Experience in the deployment & administration of any of the public cloud platforms namely AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Experience in operating system scripting/commands, code quality analysis, backup, and monitoring tools.
- Experience in deployment automation, AB testing, canary deployment
- Experience in managing Linux/Windows operating systems.
- Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code and/or Configuration Management solutions (GitLab, Ansible/Chef, Terraform).
- Experience in Prometheus/Alert Manager/Sensu.
- Experience in cloud security and data lake is a plus.
- Experience in Python is a plus.
- Cloud, Automation or Container certifications will be valued.
- Excellent problem-solving and solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to collaborate in a remote environment.
- Ability to organize and plan work independently.
- Able to work in a very fast paced environment.
- Perseverant and willing to learn.
- Capable to do the extra mile when required.
- Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities.
