Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Drive the execution of the agreed business services strategy in the cluster, focusing on delivering a high-quality customer experience driving towards best practices

Develop strong partnership with HR in the business and the business to define a fit for purpose strategy and drive improvement. Collaborate and engage with the wider HR and business community to provide a responsive, consistent and forward thinking HR service.

Create a cohesive, enterprise-minded Service Delivery function in the cluster by providing leadership that engages all direct and indirect team members, including the clear establishment of performance expectations, coaching, performance management, career development, mentoring, reward and recognition, and positive employee engagement

Coach and provide leadership to teams within cluster to share strategy and objectives to ensure team are informed and engaged

Drive the function in the cluster to deliver a coherent transactional processing service, providing high quality advice, support to managers and employees and query resolution across cluster throughout employee lifecycle

Build a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating with the rest of HR, to drive process standardisation and alignment of ways of working across the teams

Work together to onboard new services and processes as agreed with Head of HR Service Delivery

Work closely with Process Team to ensure content (Guides, Policies and EMEA HR Portal) is up to date, developed and translated where needed to optimise employee and manager user experience and increase adoption of Tier 0 to deliver operational efficiencies

Escalate issues to Head of HR Service Delivery as required

Support compliance activities as required both regionally and locally, taken responsibility where required

Act as a liaison between each HR function to ensure alignment and consistency of approach where possible especially for administrative shared services and payroll.

Identify and deliver HR initiatives that support business priorities and targets in agreement with Cluster HRD and Head of HR Service Delivery

Deliver HR projects and programmes as required by Head of HR Service Delivery

Ensure that employee data held on any HR system is accurate and up to date and that any HR systems are fit for purpose and aligned to business need.

Act as product owner for HR site in Connect overseeing other team changes to ensure integrity of structure and usability as a communication tool. Contribute to the development of global roadmaps by collaborating with the global service owners.

Measure service delivery against the agreed critical KPIs in the cluster in order to drive continuously improved operational excellence

Skills, Experience & Knowledge

**Skills**:
A strong customer service background with a proven track record of delivering complex change and shared services in a fast paced environment

Ability to lead, motivate, coach and advise team members on performance improvement to create high-performing teams

Ability to develop strong partnerships with Business partner.

Strong experience in developing Operational excellence in HR operations, driving performance through KPI’s and Continuous improvement.

Ability to use initiative with complex issues, thinking through implications for an organisation and make professional judgement and using critical thinking to make decisions

Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to make impactful presentations to the EMEA Business Services Director

Detail-oriented, organised, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Aptitude for building effective and collaborative relationships at all levels within a global HR function

Constant drive to improve ways of working for self and others

Proactive in driving change

Adept at managing stakeholders in a matrix environment

International, global mindset with cross-cultural skills

Ability to build strong working partnerships with key stakeholders

Deep understanding of core HR processes and HR management practices

Results focused with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders

Remain up to date on relevant legislation and policy compliance requirements for content

Advanced in MS Office suite, including Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Typically, 5 to 8 years of experience in an HR role, preferably Operations

Typically, 2 to 4 years of experience in management role

Experience of HR technologies required

**Knowledge**:
Systems knowledge - workday, Service Now, MS Office Suite, other HR systems.
