Desde Izertis nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a QA lead para un importante cliente del sector retail internacional para liderar los equipos de QA que aseguran la calidad del software.

Descripción del puesto

Buscamos a alguien apasionado por la calidad del software y capaz de liderar y coordinar la estrategia de pruebas de calidad en toda la organización, dentro y fuera del equipo de QA.

¿Qué voy a hacer?
- Liderar y coordinar la estrategia de QA en todos los equipos de la organización.
- Mantener y evolucionar la estrategia de QA, asegurando que permanece alineada con los objetivos de negocio y técnicos.
- Implementar mejores prácticas y estándares de QA en toda la organización.
- Supervisar el progreso y la efectividad de la estrategia.
- Proporcionar informes regulares a la dirección sobre el estado de la calidad del software.
- Proveer formación y soporte a los equipos de QA y al resto de la organización sobre herramientas y prácticas de QA.
- Coordinación con otros equipos para asegurar una implementación uniforme de las prácticas de QA.
- Responsable de la salud del equipo, de mantener una cultura de mejora continua y de velar por el crecimiento de los miembros del equipo.
- Definir la estructura de los equipos de QA, liderar los procesos de selección y onboarding.

**Requisitos**:

- +5 años de experiência en QA especializado en back, con al menos 3 años en un rol de liderazgo.
- Experiência previa como desarrollador/a. Idealmente, desarrollando y diseñando sistemas distribuidos y escalables.
- Conocimiento profundo de metodologías de pruebas de software y herramientas de QA, y de buenas prácticas en ingeniería de software a lo largo de todo el ciclo de desarrollo: coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD y operación de servicios en producción.
- Pasión por hacer crecer a los miembros del equipo y desarrollar su talento.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades.
