Within the global Pensions and Benefits team, an interesting opportunity is now available.
We are looking for a Global Benefits Manager to join our team. As an expert and trusted partner to stakeholders and the business, you will be responsible for managing Global Benefits matters of Siemens Energy.
**How You’ll Make an Impact (**responsabilities**)**
- Contribute to the global C&B organization in the execution of projects on a global, regional or local level to meet regulatory changes, improve the benefits portfolio, support mergers and acquisitions or integrations and implement technology changes
- Be the contact person for global insurable benefits for Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) legal entities
- Manage annual review and renewal processes for employee-related insurances and ensure compliance and management of legislative changes
- Handle administrative processes connected to the global brokerage
- Support pension plan design changes following our global strategy in collaboration with pension finance colleagues
- Support the standardization and harmonization activities for benefit and pension topics jointly with a dedicated benefits process team
- Support M&A activities in country (incl. carve-outs and integration) jointly with relevant HR M&A workstreams
- Collaborating with all stakeholders including communication and training
**What You Bring **(requirements**)**
- You are passionate about the development and implementation of compensation & benefits policies, structures and processes in an international context.
- Good knowledge of developments and expertise in Reward and Benefits
- Ability to drive, manage and structure a global project in partnership with various business stakeholders
- You will be a team focused individual who understands the importance of leveraging available resources to build a high performing Benefits team
- Comfortable in working in a global virtual environment
- You have strong communication and analytical skills
- You possess excellent MS Office knowledge
- You are fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor degree and above, major in human resources is preferred
- More than 10 years of experience in human resources management in large enterprises, including more than 6 years of work experience related to Insurable Benefits
