We are looking for you, an ambitious master’s student (M/F), to support us by doing an Internship in Process Engineering for our location in Tarragona, Spain.

The department that will welcome you is the improvement team of the hydrocarbon’s plants in Tarragona. The improvement team is formed by highly talented people with focus in the improvement of process safety, EH&S, reliability, and competitiveness of the olefins production facilities.
Internship Description
A cracker is an integrated manufacturing facility that process large quantities of hydrocarbons and energy very efficiently. The complexity and continuous improvement of the process still offers opportunities to improve further its long-term performance. There are several specific areas to analyze, and this internship aims by using Aspen, other specialized simulation tools, coaching of experts and your ability, to identify gaps and define scope of improvements in several technologies. During your internship you will need to understand the details of a specific technology, the design requirements and use of process engineering simulation tools and engineering judgment to propose changes. In your day to day work you will need to interact mainly with process and improvement engineers.
**Qualifications**:
- You are currently studying for a master's degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any relevant field.- You have a good working knowledge of English and Spanish. You must be fluent in Spanish.- You are willing to deploy your technical and teamwork skills in practical technical evaluations.- You are hands-on, eager to learn and a good listener.
