Se busca incorporar, dentro del Área de Member Care, en nuestro centro de Palma de Mallorca o Madrid, una persona que tendrá como principal misión tramitar las consultas, peticiones y reclamaciones sobre los diferentes Programas de Fidelidad de MHI, dando soporte a los clientes, agentes de viajes, comerciales, hoteles, garantizando el cumplimiento de los términos y condiciones de los programas.

Jornada completa, lunes a viernes, en horario: de 10:30 a 19:00h

Modalidad hibrida: Teletrabajar 4 días completos, con una presencialidad mínima de 1 día en las oficinas corporativas.
- Gestionar las peticiones/consultas de los miembros de los Programas de Fidelidad
- Soporte a los Partners integrados en los Programas Fidelidad
- Colaboración con los hoteles en las gestiones de los programas de fidelidad
- Soporte a las agencias de viajes en las dudas que puedan tener
- Tareas de facturación
- Gestión de ficheros de datos de clientes
- Atención telefónica.
- Diplomado en Turismo o Titulación universitaria y experiência en turismo.
- Inglés nível Alto escrito y hablado (nativo o bilingüe). - Se valorará el conocimiento de un 2º idioma (Alemán)
- Experiência en atención al cliente.
- Dominio paquete ofimático, especialmente Excel
- Persona organizada, resolutiva, proactiva con orientación al cliente y resultados, acostumbrada a trabajar en equipo y con capacidad para adaptarse a los cambios.
