**Job Description**:
We are searching for an enthusiastic Field Service Engineer engaged in building top service knowledge top service knowledge about TPS products, who should be able to share this knowledge to others Delta field service engineers, service partners in EMEA region and utilize it in technical support of customers, sales, product management and participate on further improvement of product and services, based om in our head office in Madrid.
- You will be responsible for overall service-related technical documentation used in EMEA, definition of scope of service jobs for each product (installation/commissioning/annual maintenance), spare parts list with substitution matrix.
- The major part shall be customer trainings, technical support incl. on-site diagnostics/troubleshooting for critical cases. In the lab replication of failures, simulations and testing.
- On-site diagnostics and service will happen, as well.
- Commercial mind-set: Orientation to customer satisfaction.
- Support channel partners on identifying and solving technical problems related to TPS and TDC products/solutions.
- Identify and solve technical problems related to TPS.
- Technical support and travelling in Spain and Portugal
- Analysis and Feedback Reports on technical/support visits and findings
- Training of partners and customers
- Support the prototyping and internal tests.
- Modification/customization of standard products.
- Building up hardware system configuration using standard modules/assemblies.
- SW configuration of system controllers.
- Remote diagnostics and service
- Occasional on-site support of technical issues
- Communication of identified product issues to senior Service Engineer
- Initiation of on-site interventions and creation of adequate repair instructions and determination of required spare parts, on-site job monitoring.

**Qualifications**:

- Able to communicate fluent in English.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work in a multicultural and international matrix environment.
- _ Able to use the standard tools in Delta’s ecosystem (Microsoft tools, CAD tools, etc.)_Able to work under time pressure.
- Willingness to travel throughout mainland Spain and the islands. Driving license B1 required Open to innovation and new technologies.
