Your mission as a (Senior) Business Development Representative - Spain

Appinio is looking for a rockstar (Senior) Business Development Representative - Spain (M/F/d) to strengthen our market presence and drive revenue growth in the Spanish market. In this role, you will enhance our market presence and boost revenue in the Spanish market. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. You'll closely collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in Spain while also working across departments with our Global Strategy and Product Development teams to ensure cohesive strategies and offerings.

What you’ll be doing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Spanish market
- Developing and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners
- Leading negotiations and closing high-value contracts
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns
- Offering market insights and feedback to the product development team
- Achieving and surpassing regional sales targets

You will thrive in this role if
- You have a proven track record driving business growth and achieving revenue targets in the Spanish market
- You have extensive B2B sales and account management experience
- You have demonstrated success in negotiating and closing high-value deals
- You have strong industry network and valuable contacts
- You have proficiency in sales strategy development and execution
- You have exceptional market analysis and opportunity identification skills
- You have proficiency in contract negotiation and closing
- You have familiarity with CRM and sales management tools
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You have strong relationship building and stakeholder management abilities
- You have strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills
- You are highly results-driven and self-motivated
