**About LOEWE**:
It’s an exciting time to join LOEWE as we go through a period of rapid growth and transformation in our network. Reporting to the EMEA Head of Visual Merchandising, you will play a key role in planning, overseeing and executing creative market projects from beginning to end to make the project delivery process more efficient and consistent. You will work together with the market VM and Marketing teams & across departments in HQ to manage a diverse range of projects, reporting to the EMEA Head of VM.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the coordination, organisation and delivery of VM projects for the EMEA region, from concept to launch. Ensure project delivery is within the designated budget and timeline.
- Identify and define project goals, objectives and scope, and create project plans to outline tasks, timelines and resources.
- Own the communication of project lead times and milestones with key stakeholders including EMEA departments and Central VM & Architecture teams, and exernal partners.
- Manage project risks and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track, communicating regular updates to the Head of VM.
- Work with EMEA Merchandising to align on product offers for projects and communicate any display needs to ensure the product mix is aligned.
- Partner with Operations to arrange any Ops needs for each project, including IT and back of house.
- Own the project brief, collating needs from each department to be considered within the concept design, including Marketing (project-related activations and events) and Merchandising (product display).
- Collaborate with the Central VM Windows and Pop Ups team to ensure the project needs are clearly briefed, and that key milestones are met.
- Communicate updates in EMEA Project Meetings to ensure all departments are aligned.
- Create and communicate opening packs upon project completion, to be shared internally.
- Support with the installation roll out of key projects, including VM set ups of store openings and pop ups, where needed.
- Own VM department communication and coordination, including the department calendar and window roll out planning.
- Ad hoc support to the wider VM team depending on the department needs, including practical VM execution.

**Profile**:
**Your profile - what we are looking for**:

- 5+ years retail experience a must, with experience in VM
- English is a must, Spanish or French is a plus
- Proactive and curious
- Process oriented but with a creative sensibility
- Clear understanding of the workings of a VM department and VM execution
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as interface and manage external partners and vendors
- Strong attention to detail and quality of execution
- Comfortable working under pressure
- A team player, but can work independently
