Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a key program to bring this vision to life.

**Position summary**:
The Europe IBP Digitalization role will partner with both the Sector Deployment Lead as well as the Global Digitization Lead role. The Global Digitization Lead will clearly set the vision and direction for how the process and technology will integrate. The Sector Digitalization Lead is accountable that the process and product solution:

- satisfies IBP vision,
- meets business needs,
- can be easily adopted, and
- unlocks committed values

The role ensures that digital capabilities are envisioned and enabled to meet business leader/decision-makers’ needs, with a focus on continuously evolving and advancing the integrated solution vision to meet today and tomorrow’s needs. Further, the Europe IBP Digitalization role will ensure that IBP Digital Core Capabilities are standardized across markets, with a focused on maximizing value realization.

**Your day to day with us**:

- Develop proposals in a fast-moving, undefined, and highly ambiguous environment to triage in the white space between process and product
- Accelerate IBP Digital capability to enable “World-Class” IBP to drive needed business performance and value realization for the Sector
- Ensure the associated value add capabilities of Global IBP is effectively deployed, utilized and adopted by the IBP community
- Influence across the Sector/Division/JV/BU cross-functional landscape
- Collaborate with a diverse community of process, data, product and IT partners to achieve a common goal
- Connect into the Global Planning Digitalization role and with other Sector Digitalization Leads
- Partner with other transformation initiative leaders to ensure process and technology integration

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as a critical leader to proactively identify and address integration challenges between process and product that impact the value and efficacy of the IBP solution
- Integrate the IBP business requirements (process design) with technological solutions/capabilities across Global and Markets
- Identifies gaps between process design and product destination, and facilitate to cross-workstream to develop and implement gap closure solutions
- Ensure that the design, build and adoption of the IBP solution is connected to the value levers (business case) and provides value for the decision-makers from planners to GMs
- Partner across the Markets to ensure that the solution deployed enables value realization such as end-to-end near real-time visibility, automation, and advanced analytics for the IBP processes
- Partner with product management to ensure Data, Technology and Analytics design unlocks the value for the business to meet the different needs of the IBP process segments, iS&OE, iS&OP and Strategic Planning
- Partner with the Deployment lead to ensure that decision flow design principles and value realization are at the heart of the Digital deployment, and that the problems to solve are clearly articulated
- Partner with Adoption and Capabilities teams to formalize IBP Digital Skills in Planning and CoE communities
- Ensure end-to-end planning processes effectively connects with other core business transformation initiatives (e.g., PGT, GBS)
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure that the IBP solution is integrated appropriate within the Sector ecosystem
- Partner with Global Value Realization Lead to ensure that the IBP solution unlocks business case value
- Validates and challenges process and product design and applicability
- Leverage deep understanding of Sector cross-functional digital landscape to support IBP digitalization design
- Serve to resolve conflict between and across partners i.e., Global/Sector Planning, Product and Functional SMEs
- Ensure digital processes are aligned with business decision flows

**Qualifications**

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Master’s Degree/MBA preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Development or related area
- Seasoned leader with 15+ years in leading and executing transformation at scale in a corporate environment comparable to PepsiCo
- Proven track record of driving business performance by implementing advanced technology and analytics
- Strong familiarity with Europe organization and operations including Commercial, Supply Chain and/or Finance
- Knowledgeable with existing Europe pla
