We are seeking a talented Materials Sourcing Manager to oversee this client's procurement team and ensure seamless operations in sourcing top-quality materials for their exclusive product range. This position will be based in Girona, Spain. Full-time in office.

Tasks
- Taking charge of the procurement team, overseeing their performance and fostering their professional growth.
- Formulating and monitoring the stock safety policy to ensure adequate stock coverage and swiftly addressing capacity challenges.
- Spearheading the management of critical stockouts and promptly escalating incidents requiring immediate attention.
- Collaborating in the introduction of new products, closely monitoring procurement needs planning, and effectively communicating updates to the Project Manager.
- Diligently tracking and reporting on procurement KPIs, devising and executing strategies to achieve targeted goals.

**Requirements**:

- A university degree in Engineering, with a strong focus on Supply Chain studies.
- You will possess approximately 6 years of hands-on experience in sourcing materials and/or components or similar positions, with a proven track record in leading and motivating teams.
- Demonstrating advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, Office, and PowerBi.
- Fluent in Spanish & English, an additional language fluency in French/Italian is a bonus.
