The impact you’ll have:
In your role as Procurement Analyst:
You will release purchase orders based on the forecasted needs. You will perform purchase orders follow ups: from PO released orders until the goods are delivered (delivery note).-
- You will be managing suppliers' invoices.-
- You will manage inventory and will oversee managing inventory levels to ensure that we always have the right number of products available to meet customer demand without overstocking or understocking.-
- You will identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner and resolve business issues impeding achieving goals.-
- You will negotiate suppliers’ contracts to ensure the supply of raw materials and services at competitive and stable prices.-
- You will oversee planning and forecasting and be responsible for forecasting demand and planning production schedules to ensure we have the right number of products available at the right time, based on sales volumes.-
- You will define on the ERP the maximum and minimum quantities of purchase, considering our needs, stock & budget limits, level of service, the delivery time of provider, and price.-
- You will keep product information updated in the data base (specs, prices, etc)-
- You will suggest new suppliers and vendors: by actively researching for new alternative suppliers (raw material suppliers as well as contract manufacturers for processes or products), considering quality and price criteria.- As quality technician you will also:
- Prepare audits.-
- Evaluate suppliers.-
- Manage FSC homologation and non-conformities (transport, supplier, product...).-
- Manage the ISO 9001 certification.What you’ll bring to the team:
- You have a bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.-
- You have 3 years of previous experience in procurement or supply chain.-
- You have negotiation and cost-benefit analysis skills.-
- You have hands-on experience with supply chain management software.-
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).-
- You have a good understanding of quality standards.-
- You are fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.-
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-
- You are a critical thinker, curious and open to challenging the status quo constantly.-
- You are a reliable, responsible and respectful person.-
- You are driven and have initiative, high energy, creativity and the ability to adapt to changing environments.-
- You are a team worker able to cooperate across teams and departments and to communicate clearly in an ever-changing environment.-
- You are passionate about making a difference and able to work under pressure while managing multiple projectsNice to have:
- You are knowledgeable of FSC/Ecoembes/ISO.-
- You are knowledgeable of Quality Systems (e.g., Auditing, Change Control, Complaints, Deviations, CAPAs, Batch Record Review, Documentation management, Training, Supplier Management, validations, qualifications, and calibrations).-
- You have developed previous knowledge of Paper Products and of the Paper Manufacturing Industry.-
- You have experience with ERP, if that ERP is Experience Navision is even better.-
- You know SQL & PowerBI.What you can expect from our selection process
