Tu **misión** será desarrollar una cultura basada en datos y gestionar todas las dimensiones del área de datos dentro de nuestros clientes: estrategia, gobernanza, **arquitectura de datos** moderna que combina soluciones de datos de código abierto y de primera tendencia, BI, Big Data, IoT y ciencia de datos.

Y el **proyecto** ¿en qué consiste? El día a día es muy variado, pero algunas de las **funciones** en las que participarás son:

- Diseñar e implementar canales de datos para ingerir datos heterogéneos en el datalake/datawarehouse endiferentes escenarios (lotes, streaming,), gestionando conjuntos de datos grandes y complejos.
- Garantizar la precisión y exactitud de los datos en los canales implementados.
- Crear componentes de software personalizados y aplicaciones de análisis.
- En coordinación y colaboración con el equipo de conocimientos de datos, a cargo del front-end y la entrega de productos de datos, desarrollar la preparación de datos para que se utilicen para diferentes propósitos y casos de uso: informes, aprendizaje automático, intercambio de datos,e identificar oportunidades para la adquisición de datos.
- En coordinación y colaboración con el equipo de gobernanza de datos, explorar formas de mejorar la calidad y la confiabilidad de los datos.
- Integrar tecnologías de ingeniería de software y gestión de datos emergentes en las estructuras de datos existentes.
- Utilizar procesos de desarrollo de software ágiles para realizar mejoras iterativas en nuestros sistemas back-end.
- Asegurarse de que todos los sistemas cumplan con los requisitos comerciales/de la empresa, así como con las prácticas de la industria.

**Requisitos**:
¿Qué **estamos buscando**?
- Experiência demostrable en ingeniería de datos o ingeniería de software en torno a soluciones de datos en arquitecturas de datos modernas.
- Estudios profesionales afines a las funciones (Ingeniería, matemáticas, estadística, etc.)
- Sólidos conocimientos de Python y SQL
- Sólidos conocimientos en Airflow o herramientas de orquestación similares como Dagster.
- Experiência con bases de datos relacionales SQL como MySQL o PostgreSQL
- Experiência en GCP (Bigquery, PubSub, Dataflow, GCS, Dataproc) o AWS.
- Experiência en técnicas de desarrollo de integración continua.
- Conocimiento en frameworks para desarrollar pipelines en batch/streaming: Apache Beam, Spark.
- Buscamos personas con una gran **capacidad de organización** y una metodología de trabajo impecable, en este equipo todos/as sumamos.
